Every contractor on the other end of this line is independent, carries the license Tennessee requires for this work, and serves Collierville and the towns around it. Ask to see both the license and the insurance certificate.
If the match is wrong, call back
A contractor who misses the appointment or rubs you the wrong way is a reason to call back, not to give up. Ask for a different one; it costs nothing and nobody will argue.
